Raquel is amazing to work with. Her knowledge of the market, what buyers want and the right timing to list were impeccable! We met with her a few months before we were ready to list and she gave us so much wonderful information about what we needed to take care of in the house before listing, but, we feel like she did way more than we did to get our house sold quickly and for $400,000 over the listing price! She came out and met with 2 different staging companies and helped us decide what would be the best plan for us. She even suggested some paint colors to make the house more appealing to potential buyers. She scheduled a photographer to take photos to add to the MLS listing. Raquel communicated with us frequently during the entire process to make sure we knew what was going on and to make sure everything went smoothly. She also helped us purchase what we hope will be our forever home, but if we ever need to sell, we will definitely be calling her again!
